Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation. Orders are not shipped on public holidays.
Shipping Timeline
Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and courier partner. Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across India (Pan-India delivery). So, we request you to provide full street address with PIN code / ZIP code. Exact delivery timelines may vary based on the destination.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly mentioned at checkout before you complete your purchase.
INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS
Please note: some courier companies charge a penalty for incorrect shipping addresses, wherein the address and zip code do not match. The customer will, without exception, bear the cost of any such penalties and/or fees & not thehiravi.com
In the event of a reshipment of the same order, customers will be responsible to pay re-shipping charges. If the package is lost or misplaced due to the incorrect/incomplete address, HIRAVI will not be responsible and will not issue any refund.
